Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka Use a high-quality vodka for the best results.
  • 1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur such as Kahlúa feel free to experiment with other coffee liqueurs.
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup You can adjust the amount to suit your taste.
  • Ice

Instructions

Step 1: Brew and Cool the Espresso

  • Pour out the amount of cold brew and have it ready.

Step 2: Fill the Shaker with Ice

  • Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it about halfway with ice. The more ice you use, the colder and frothier your drink will be.

Step 3: Add the Ingredients

  • Pour the vodka, cooled espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup into the shaker.

Step 4: Shake Vigorously

  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds. You’ll know it’s ready when the outside of the shaker feels frosty.

Step 5: Strain and Serve

  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. If you want to get fancy, you can garnish with a few coffee beans for a touch of elegance.

Step 6: Enjoy!

  • Sip slowly and savor the rich, creamy texture and bold coffee flavor.

Notes

Chill Your Glass: For an extra-refreshing experience, pop your martini glass in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving. Use Fresh Adjust Sweetness: If you prefer a less sweet cocktail, reduce the simple syrup to 1/4 oz or omit it entirely. Shake Like You Mean It: The key to that frothy top is shaking the cocktail vigorously. Don’t be shy—put some muscle into it!
